Everything was excellent !

I booked on the internet and was expecting a decent hotel.. nothing great...

But it was more than just decent, everything was #1, obviously dont expect to be residing at the Manoir St-Sauveur ! But for the rate it's more than adequate

Our room was very clean, with a very nice jacuzzi... very comfortable bed.

The place was quiet, and the service was top-notch...

The guy at the reception was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, groceries and shopping, perfect location

Plus you get nice rebates at good restaurants and we even got a hot breakfast included ...

So this makes this stay a trumendous value for the money we paid.

We will certainly go back there in the future !

I was attending a conference at the neighbouring Manoir St-Sauveur and decided to stay at this property because it is cheaper and the rooms have full kitchens. The staff speak English and are quite friendly and helpful.

Our room was fairly small but had a full kitchen with a small refrigerator, a full range, a microwave, a sink and plates, glassware and cutlery. It also featured a large bed and a fold-out sofa. Cable TV offered a lot of channels. The room had an Ethernet jack for Internet access. An outer hallway and wall reduces outside noise.

In terms of services, a decent breakfast is included in the room price. The dining room offers yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, bread and various drinks. A computer terminal is available for the use of guests. Wi-fi Internet is available throughout the building but the signal is quite weak on the end of the building opposite to the office. If wi-fi is important to you, ask for a room close to the office.

In terms of location, the hotel is a block or two away from the factory outlet complex and is within walking distance of the old part of town with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

Overall, it's a comfortable, quiet hotel with good services in a good location.

We stayed here for 4 nights on the March Break. There were 4 of us (2-16 year olds, an 8 year old and 1 adult). We booked a regular room with a kitchenette. The place was great for what we were looking for. Nicholas and all the desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. My 8 year old loved them. One word of warning...there are no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor and I was very happy to have some y"oung legs" with me to do the running. The kitchenette was very handy to make lunches and dinner after skiing. I think it's a great place if you are trying to hit the slopes on a budget. They also offer discount ski passes and discounts at some of the local restaurants. We loved that you could ski all 5 mountains in the MSSI group for the price of one pass. The town is great with lots to do. We will definitely go back...

We have stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times previous when it was called a Travelodge... We checked into our room and stayed for two hours before leaving for dinner and drinks with family. When we returned we found our hotel room door kicked in!!! Our luggage, clothes (one and some which were newly purchased that day!), 2 computers and various other items were taken. When the hotel owner came to meet us, he never once apologized to us for this happening in his hotel, in fact he accused us of speaking to people around town and telling them our room number so our things could be stolen!! He made no sense at all and was not nice to deal with. He accused us of bringing a thief to "his house". No concern for us at all.... We called the police and made a report. The owner never came out of his office to speak to them. When we left, he threatened to send us a bill for the broken in door!!!!
After an arguement with him he refunded our room fee and we were off to find a new hotel at 2 in the morning!
We found a much much nicer hotel for the same price !!!!
