Front desk service is awful. Rude lady would not lift head to talk to us and seemed annoyed when we asked for towels.....there were only 2 in the room. The hotel is filled with rude and obnoxious army people. Also we have not been able to connect to the wireless internet because their network is at its maximum number of guests allowed online. The room is ok. Very large but the kitchenette is gross. We were also scolded in advance for any damages our dog may cause and we must also allow security in our room for an inspection soon paying. All around insulting. We would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. It's in a central location in the town. Their dining room is what pleased us the most. We had dinner there and were pleased with the excellent service and the excellent food. .I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if they are looking for a nice romantic evening out.

We enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The Mystic dining room is awesome. The food was delicious and well presented. The rooms are large and very comfortable beds. We could see there have been a lot of renovations done on this hotel. Looks very very nice and up to date. Will defintely stay at this hotel again

First time staying at this hotel. i was very impressed , especially after reading the reviews. The Mystic dining room is superb. The food and presentation is second to none, and prices are reasonable for fine dining., My room was very comfortable and clean. I could see that they have done a lot of renovations at this hotel, from the main lobby , hallways and rooms, very , very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I would diffently stay and this hotel again.
