Booked a handicapped room for 3 nights , 2 queen beds, got there they said they were sorry someone had extended thier stay so we would have to take a regular room, to which I asked for someone to come and look and they would realize that it would not work a fellow came and took one look and said no way, so they said they would move some one which they then gave us a handicapped room with one bed for that night and they would move us the next day to the room we had originally requested, when we got back the next night they said we are sorry the elevator is not working and your room is on the second floor, and we can't switch you as we are full! So we spent 3 1/2 hrs sitting in the lobby, waiting getting to bed at 1am, so the last night we climbed into bed at 7pm dead tired, and were promptly woke up about 20 mins later by screaming, yelling, giggling, running kids! finally at 9:30 I had enough and called the desk and asked if these kids had no parents, as they were obviously running wild with no supervision, about an hour later it was finally quiet enough to get back to sleep.
By this time I had decided that never again, would I stay at this hotel or any Holiday Inn for that matter, so please think twice before staying here, I appreciate that they deducted one night from our stay, gave us a gift basket, but the stress was not worth it!
For $165.00 a night they need to take a lesson from Extended stay America hotels $75.00 a night max is an awesome place to stay to bad there isn't more of them in Canada.
