I booked my hotel room online for a very busy week in Lloydminster and was quite happy to find a room at a Best Western as there is not much for decent hotels in Lloyd. I recieved a confirmation number and my reservation was confirmed by email. I recieved a call from the hotel later that week and was told that they were over booked and that they would not be honoring my reservation. They told me that I would need to move out of my room for the two nghts in the middle of the six night reservation and that I would need to find other accomidations. After a call to the 800 number I got a call back from the hotel and was told that they found a INN available (After looking at reviews online I found out why it would be available based on its horable reviews) or that I could go to wainwright (80 miles away) and check into the Best western there. Again after another call to the 800 number I was told that I would be on the priority list for cancelations. I havn't even checked into this hotel and I could not be any more unhappy. I have 30 days until I check in to fix the problem and perhaps I will have a better review at that time, but right now I am very unsatisfied with this property as well as the best western web site.
