First, the good things: The Inn is in a great location, 1 block off of the main street and the waterfront. The Inn provides a selection of gourmet breakfast items as part of the room. We received a upgrade to the biggest suite they had--a two floor one with a huge whirlpool tub big enough for two.
Now, the bad things: The room was dusty, small things like burned out lightbulbs/loose drawer knobs/no telephone were a nuisance. The room was very loud and it seemed to be due to the lack of noise insulation in the house or something. Our room was also located directly on top of the kitchen which sent a lot of noise up our way. That was annoying.
The daughter and father who helped us check in were extremely hard working and attentive. The woman innkeeper was a bit stiff but overall kind...just seemed to be focused on being direct and efficient and nothing more.
Overall a nice place with a great location...just a bit pricey it seemed.
