This Hostel, was bright and clean, easy to get to (in the main part of town) We had a kitchen to make our meals and our own private washroom in our room....it was perfect for someone who is traveling or is on the hills all day. There was a common room where we could watch tv, if we wish, we had internet available to us!!!!!

This is a hostel above a pub, so expect bands and music playing late on the weekends, which suits me just fine. Walk down stairs from our room to the bar, enjoy the drinks and atmosphere and stumble upstairs later on.
The hostel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The price is perfect for the student traveller. Free wifi and no extra charges.

Beer is definitely the best we had in canada. Ice cold. Fresh and great taste.
Pool tables good, and free on Tuesday.
Friendly staff. Would def go back especially for beers.
