It is not only the luxury of the hall or the beauty of the rooms or the fantastic pool that makes this Hotel one of the Best I have ever been. The best part it is the super professional and friendly staff that manage this Italian Villa in the middle of Johannesburg!

Our flight got in at 9 in the morning and it was great that as soon as we arrived at the hotel an hour later that we were able to go to our room. A very nice room on the ground floor with its own patio. Staff all very friendly and good. Great that we could just walk to the complex next door which has shops, restaurants and a casino. We only spent a night but a very good way to start.

If you are on business or travelling to the area the Hotel and complex is by far the best spot around. The hotel is very well apointed, great service and nice rooms. There is a great choice of places to eat in the casino, and a nice pool/
I travel every 2 weeks, and small things count. i.e. Didnt pack my razor, call reception.....5 mins later a shaving kit sent to my room. To me, those things make the difference.

I stayed at The Palazzo Hotel Montecasino on 11/12/2011 for one night before flying back to the UK after a very busy week in South Africa. The beauty of the hotel and its surroundings is breathtaking and the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. On arrival we were made to feel like VIPs, we ordered room service which was delicious and the breakfast enjoyed out on the terrace with a was extensive and tasty. I'd like to again congratulate the staff at this hotel for the exceptional service always delivered with a smile, from room service delivery to check-in, to poolside bar service...amazing! Thank you and I will certainly stay again.
