Excellent location to Calgary, Calgary Airport, but just far enough away so that the stay was peaceful. Very attentive staff, excellent restaurant on premise, thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Overall a quality stay at a reasonable price. Some nice updates done to the hotel. Staff were friendly but could use some more training on how to deal with guest complaints. I heard some guests complain about a few things and the staff seemed like they were ignoring the problem but then again I dont know the background of the problems with the guests.

I booked a priceline hotel in Calgary and this was the hotel I got with my bid. Beware that hotel is a L shaped hotel where the wing is nothing more than a motel setting style.Maybe because was a priceline they gave us that room ,that wing seemed to be quite occupied.
The rooms are clean but the walls are paper thin you can hear you neigbour’s TV .I wouldn’t stay again there unless I got a hotel room which I don’t know how they look though.

This will be my first online review every! That how much I was impressed with this hotel.
First I would say they really need to update their pictures the hotel does not look like anything in the pictures. Flat screen tvs never seen this in a hotel and very clean. What blew me away was the service. We were going to my cousins wedding in Cross field, I don’t know how but the pants I was wearing ripped. I went to the front desk told them what happened not a second later they called one of the house keepers and fixed the problem and I was off to the wedding. Above and bound what I expected.
