We lived in Drumheller years ago and this was "the" place to go. Well....not any more. We were there during the Christmas season and we were the only car in the parking lot. Great, we thought....we won't have to listen to anyone partying, snoring, etc. Nope! Evidently there were people there with no vehicles and they put us all on the same floor at the same end!! Had to wake the reception desk up at 10:30 to check on the noise from the neighbors. The room hadn't been used in awhile as there was dust on everything and the carpet was littered with peanuts & candies. The tub had cracked previously, so we had to shower very gingerly around the somewhat fixed crack. The heater didn't work until the morning we were leaving. The smoke detector worked great that it woke up the whole hotel.....except the reception desk guy!! (The steam from the shower set it off as there isn't a fan). The hotel is very rundown & unkept. The reception area is nice, but that's it! If you are looking for a clean hotel, then this isn't it.
