I stayed at the Best Western Denham Inn & Suites a number of times over the past month. The staff was excellent and accomodating, the rooms are immaculate with upgraded beds and pillows and the dining is great. It is in close proximity to the airport and the staff is quick to arrange shuttles and wakeup calls. They also allow long term parking which is very important to me. This is an excellent hotel and I recommend it to everyone.

I have stayed at the Best Western Denham Inn for years and have never had a bad experience. Every thing from the check in, to the room, to the dining makes my stay enjoyable. I enjoy how the check in staff know and talk to me by name, always friendly and willing to help. The upgraded rooms not only look fantastic but meet all my needs. The building is well built and keeps out the sounds of the planes and trains which is wonderful if you're just sitting in the room reading a book or sleeping. Whether you are single business person or on a family outing, I certainly recommend the Leduc BW Denham in for your stay.

I have spent extensive time traveling to Leduc in the past. I returned recently and stayed again at the BW Denham Inn. I was thrilled to see that my favorite place to stay in Leduc has not changed. This is a well managed hotel with an outstanding, friendly staff. Whenever anything has come up during my stay they've always been extremely attentive while addressing my requests. They always make it a pleasure to return here. Having Jonathan's on site and a couple of other restaurants near is also a definite bonus compared with some of the other hotels that don't even have a restaurant option close by. The only item that is a little lacking here is the exercise room area in the basement.

In September I wrote a negative review about the front desk staff being rude but I want to thank the hotel management for their excellent response and follow-up. I would have written this comment sooner but the rules of the site do not allow it for three months (pity).
I received a very sincere apology and I have returned to this hotel since and have found the staff to be very friendly and it is an excellent place to stay for business trips. I should not have judged the hotel on one person's one bad day.
