When it comes to hotels, I'v seen them all. On a scale of 1 and 10, this is a solid 1.3 at best. let's start at the front desk. I had a reservation with a conformation number and they "mis placed it". Sure simple mistake. Night 2... Returning from a long day at a conference, I figured I would retreat to my "4 star" room. Upon arival I couldn't believe my eyes. The first thing I saw was a turned down bed, with what I believe was to be a blood stain on the sheets. Gross. After half an hour with no answer at the front desk, I decided to make my way up front. The last time I felt such a cold shoulder was when I was still with my first wife. Brrr... And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I see a roach scurry from under the alarm clock. That was enough. I packed my belongings and headed to the Holliday inn. I'm not much of a whiner, but the nisku inn felt more like the pissku inn.

Wow were to start? Ok the rooms... the cable is spotty and TSN and Sportsnet don't work on most of the tv's. Weak 3G reception and the wifi is worse than dial up... Rooms don't get clean and friends otter
Box "went missing". No action taken by the seemingly cold and unapproachable Managers . Whatever. The beds and pillows are lumpy at best... Dont expect to get any rest.

Then food is all procesed and the freshest thing on the menu is the french fries. Don't forget the Zantax, I haven't had heartburn like this in a coons age.

Don't stay here! There are many options, make this your last one.

telephone didnt work, toilet didnt work, tv remote didnt work, channels all fuzzy. room service took over an hour and when it arrived it was all dried up and not edible. waitresses rude and front desk staff no help. super long check in line. would never stay here again

Very well managed and beautiful hotel! The staff was super nice and courteous and their restaurants cook up a pretty darn good meal as well. There's also a really nice scenic pool/lounging area that gives the place a bit of a resort like feel and makes you feel miles from Edmonton. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area! -Thanks!
