My family and I had a very pleasant stay during the Christmas holiday at Best Western Plus Kings Inn .Our room was very clean, the location was good and convenience, it was closed to shopping malls, restaurants and skytrain. The rate was good because we stayed more than 3 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was initially skeptical about the exterior entrance to the room - I would have preferred an interior hallway - but I got used to it and never felt unsafe because they had security over nights. The breakfast was the typical free hotel spread. All in all, I think we got more than our money's worth. I'd go back.

Everything ok. Roomservice Good. Location for cars very good, next skytrain station a little bit far by foot. breakfast could be better because there was all day the same food. It did not have much Choice. Reception staff very friendly and handsome. We recommand this Hotel with pleasure!

Neighborhood is good, lots of shopping (fairly good restaurants nearby). Exterior of hotel is ok but I've never been a big fan of doors that open to the outside. What makes this property is the room (and the people who run it); the one I had included a kitchen and they had obviously updated this room because it was on a par with the newest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They offer smoking rooms which I was looking for and was close to the calls I had to make. Definitely would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of Staying at this establishment. I found the customer service to be extremely helpful and courteous. I have stayed at other Hotels, Inn, Motels,etc in Vancouver and area. I found the friendliness and helpful of the staff to be far superior to the other places such a Sheraton Wall Center, Days Inn, Ramada, etc.

I travel for pleasure and business in the lower mainland on a regular basis and would recommend the Best Western Plus Kings Inn Burnaby Hotel to be the best and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Superior Service with a smile to stay at this establishment,.
