I frequently travel and rent hotel rooms weekly. The Prestige is the only hotel I look forward to visiting. It's a home away from home for me. And it’s all about their service. They’re personal, professional and always accommodating. When I travel to Cranbrook, I always stay at the Prestige. Also great for family trips as well.

We were personally served by the lounge and catering manager. She provided instant and excellent service for our needs. The experience was perfect.

My daughter's softball team stayed at the Prestige for 3 nights in July while attending a tournament. It has everything you could want: a pool, a great gym, a restaurant, a bar with a patio and very helpful and friendly staff. It was nice and quiet too - except for the noise our girls generated when we let them have a sleep-over in one parent's room! The rooms are large a spacious if maybe a little plain, but then we weren't spending any time there since we were at the ball-park or touring around.

After staying at the prestige inn at Radium we decided to give the prestige in cranbrook a try We had a long day at Fort Steele and were happy with a clean comfortable room. The kids had fun in the pool which was a nice and clean The front desk staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.
