We were very dissappointed in this Hotel, as the room was not that clean and there was no Continental breakfast and not even complimentary coffee or water in the lobby area, and the price was a lot more than any other hotel that we have stayed at prior to this visit here, we were away in the spring of 2011 and stayed in Best Westerns all across the U.S.A, and they were superior to this one in B.C. We would never stay there again!

Perhaps I am a bit bitter because I had a first-floor room with a very high price tag (CAA rate was $190 incl. taxes for a basic king room), but Best Westerns will no longer be among my top three choices for budget business travel.

Vastly overpriced compared to other area motels. Breakfast not included, unlike other area motels. The room was dingy and clearly had not been vacuumed as I stepped on the lid of a cosmetics bottle sitting in the centre of the floor. No shampoo or soap was in the room when we checked in. On lamp only worked by using the socket (the switch was broken, stuck to "on") and another had a burnt out bulb. The AC did not work, but at least the fan did. Clearly this place is a profit gold mine for the owners, who overcharge and provide little in exchange. The check-in clerk was gruff and unfriendly, but at least the chambermaids were nice.

Big comfortable rooms we stayed a Saturday on a long weekend and they didn t raise the prices on the contrary they also gave us 10% of because we were CAA members so it was actually a good deal. Breakfast in the lobby out of little cafe thought it would be ordinary but to our surprise the young lady serving us was super and she made a mean omellette and great coffee..more than expected.
