Very nice setting, was just for 1 night
Arrived at noon, left luggage on car and went snowshoeing. Really beautiful scenery.
When returned, they gave us our room, and was a nice standard room with mini fridge, cofee maker, microwave.
The problem was that the room overlooked a wall!!!! (look at photos). Tried to change it, as when you go to a place like that you want to look to the mountains or woods, but they said they were full, and people that will arrive later will be there for 2 or 3 nights.
I booked directly with them, so the least they can do is tell you that some rooms have NO view, and charge accordingly, and not charge you standard price. Better yet, I asked for a Junior King suite, and they told me none available, so I reserved a queen room, so there they should tell you that it had NO view.
We went to have dinner, nice setting and nice menu, very good waiter service.
Good breakfast buffet, with nice variety (fruits/yogurth/cereals/eggs/pancakes etc)
Then some more snowshoe, and when we returned to make checkout there were a power shortage, and it looked like they did not have a power generator, so the computers were not working, and after 20 minutes after we got our luggage, still no light
At noon we left for Big white
