I stayed here a few days ago when I finally decided to stop driving due to heavy snow in the Fraser Valley area. A staff at a nearby restaurant recommended me this hotel- and to my surprise, I was really satisfied with their service, even though Hope is a very small town.
At a reasonable price, the room was quite spacious, very clean, and the bed was super-comfy.
But what really surprised me was not the room; the next day, when I was preparing for a check-out in the morning, I noticed that one of the staff was brushing off the snow on my vehicle which have been layered about more than 5cm from last night! He was going through every vehicle that seemed to belong to other guests. With his help, I was ready to go within few minutes... This hotel would definitely be my first-choice stopover place whenever I visit Hope.

We got stuck in a snow storm and had to find a place to stay in Hope. We stayed at the heritage inn and were pleased with our choice. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had a place that could sleep 6 for 100 dollars. No complaints. The next morning after the snowstorm one of the men working there was shovelling people out giving their cars pushes to get them out, it was a good stay! If I'm stuck in Hope again I'll stay here.

We booked several rooms for a youth hockey team, my room was absolutely gross!! When I first got the room, there were white stains on the bed and a dirty towel in a drawer, need I say more? I was horrified. My microwave was dirty too. After telling the manager, he tried to make loads of excuses, finally my room was cleaned and I thought it was suitable. The next day I came into my room and found millions of bugs in the carpet, one of my kids dropped a potato chip and they were everywhere! I have pictures to prove it!! The manager then insinuated I brought the bugs with me to his hotel and wanted myself and my 2 young children to leave his hotel and find another. It was 10 pm at night! I am soooo upset with the service and the way the problems were handled. It was an awful experience for my family, I do not recommend staying here at all!
I was not the only room that had bugs in it either!

We stayed here in September 2011. Although the room was quite spacious and the bed was very nice, we later realized that there were probably similar rooms at other places for a lower rate. During our trip through BC on average we paid 25% less for the same type of room.
