Good rooms and the restaurant attached to the hotel (Rocky River Grill) has some of the best food around invermere.

For the price, this was a win. Fridge and microwave in room, it's nice and clean, and the bed is comfy. Best budget hotel so far this trip!

My boyfriend,some friends and I stayed here a few times before. The last time, they triple charged my credit card and Steve( the manager) could not give me a refund back on my Visa card after countless faxes and calls. He just sent me a letter saying that I got a free stay. It was'nt even a free stay it was a PREPAID stay. Did'nt offer another free stay or put us in a nice suite and he even had the guts to say that he hope nothing was inconvenient for us. Well, had to take a day off work to go back up and use it before it expired.Put us in an even smaller room then what we stayed in the other previous times. Really disappointed in this customer service. Not going back there for sure. Restaurant was good though.
