We stayed overnight in Merritt while en-route to the Rockies. The property is well maintained and sound levels are well controlled leading to a good night's rest which is our primary objective for overnight stays on long drives. Multiple dining options are available in Merritt, making the small town a good stop-over point.

Stayed here one night en route to Vancouver. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast area was kept extremely clean. One of the best kept breakfast areas we have seen, Attached Chinese restuarant which we did not try. We went into town and went to a Chinese resturant which served both Canadian and Chinese food.

We stayed for one night in August 2011. We called ahead for a quiet room. It had everything that we needed - - 2 comfortable queen size beds, high speed internet connection, microwave and fridge. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet so we had a good night's sleep. The room and bathroom had been recently renovated so it was all very clean and inviting. We arrived quite late but had shown an interest in using the hot jacuzzi and they kept it open a little late, just for us. The jacuzzi, pool and exercise equipment were in a separate building and were in good condition. We enjoyed the HOT jacuzzi. We definitely would stay here again. The breakfast room is small but the food was good and the staff very helpful. It was a good continental breakfast with a good variety of food including waffles.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Lovely quiet location. Rooms and linens spotlessly clean couldn't fault it. Breakfast was the usual continental but plenty of it. Eating places close by and a chinese restaurant within the grounds of the property. We ate at the home restaurant next to the super 8 which was a very short distance away, so no probs there.Check in staff friendly and helpful, would definately stay again if in the area and also highly recommend to others.
