The room was very clean, and had been renovated fairly recently. The top floor room still showed signs of previous water leaks on the ceiling. Complimentary breakfast included hot foods such as eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, and there were the normal assortment of cold cereals, juice, coffee and tea, and toast and muffins. Checkin and checkout were handled efficiently and promptly.

Very pleasant staff. great view of the mountains and glaciers. Felt safe. Above average for a Best Western hotel

On July 15/07 We stayed at the Best Western Terrace Inn
We paid $104.00 + taxes for a king bed room. We found it quite pleasant. The hotel has under gone extensive renos, so it no longer appears dated. The decor is very tastefully done.
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The longue was very pleasant as well. One down fall was we heard the freight trains from 1:30-3:30 am but this is not a usual experience. I would stay there again any time.

It had been 5 years since I’d last visited Terrace and I took a chance on the old Best Western, for my 2-night stay. I paid the $89 (pre-tax) business rate. It’s a hotel built in the 50’s and the room I received was pretty good. Clearly, this place has been renovated several times.

The furniture is dated but functional, a reasonably large TV, the bed was OK, the carpets are in good condition, the wall paper is neutral and some pleasant landscape artwork grace the walls. My room included complimentary high-speed internet, a well light work table with an uncomfortable chair.

At check in, I received 2 certificates for a complimentary continental breakfast; one for each day of my stay. The first evening I enjoyed Chinese food at a the “Gourmet House” across the street and the next day I had another good meal at Don Diego’s restaurant, a half block from the hotel.
