We chose this motel based off other reviews here on TA and we got exactly what we expected, a clean and comfortable room to get some sleep. We had reserved the Accessible Room and while there were features that made things easier for my grandfather such as wider doorways and a few handrails, there were no rails in the bathub/shower. The staff was very nice throughout our stay and I thought it was a good value for the price. We had our own food with us and therefore skipped the breakfast but I can say it sure did smell good!!

Looking for comfort and quiet at a reasonable price, this is a great choice.
Have not had breakfast yet but the dining room, presentation and selection look great.
Room is in the back on the 2nd floor backs onto woods, quiet and cool.
Very nice to have a balcony and owners very personable and easy to deal with.
This is my second stay at this motel.

At first it seemed a bit pricey for a two-storey motel with no elevator, but it was high season and that area can be expensive. We were very pleased with it. It's very clean and well maintained, and the couple who own/manage the place are very personable and helpful. Although we didn't use it, we saw a nice-looking pool and hot tub area. We were in two rooms -- the second-floor room was quieter, with a private balcony.

A continental breakfast was included, which was provided in a bright, coffee-shop styled room with lots of windows flanked by counters. WiFi was available, and there was also a Notebook for general use.

There were casual restaurants nearby, but for dinner we really enjoyed the Caribou Grill. It had good food that was fairly well-priced, with a choice of serving sizes for wine by the glass (6 or 9 oz.), and for some of its meals.

Stayed here one night as an enroute stopover. The staff were delightful, the room was dated, but clean and functional. Comfortable bed with good pillows.
The price for 2 adults was $87 which included a limited continental breakfast. There is a small pet fee if you are bringing your dog.
Room was large and had a good sized fridge with internal freezer, microwave, coffee maker and a/c.

The only negative I can think of is that the continental breakfast could use a little more variety, but for the price we were more than pleased with the overall experience.

This family run motel will be our Valemount stopover point from here on.
