Stay here quite often, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The restaurant while having a limited menu has pretty good food.

The hotel is listed as being on Queen Street, easy way to access and find it is off of Main Street, it is attached to the Mall that contains Walmart. It is easy to walk to and from the mall without going outside.

Check-in was fast, and efficient, the staff was very friend;y, in fact, the staff was always friendly, willing to offer advice on what to do, where to eat, and just saying hi. On check out, which was also easy, everyone from the waitress who served us breakfast in the hotel restaurant to the front desk told us to have a safe trip.

My room was large, clean, with a flat screen television and high speed internet. The internet was my only complaint, it is way too slow, and connections was dropped every few minutes. I talked to other people who were staying there and they all had the same complaint. It would go a long way if they upgraded the internet service. The bed was very comfortable, the heating cooling system was a little loud but given the time of year, I turned it off when I went to bed and it didn't bother me. There was a good selection of pillows, and they were tagged soft or firm.

The food in the hotel wasn't the best I had eaten, but the best in that area, far ahead of anywhere else in the town, service was friendly, but slow at time. Prices were fair, or better, and food quality was good.

When visiting Stephenville again, I would stay there.

We stayed in room 112 on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, 2011. This is not my first time staying here. I stayed here many times when I worked as a flight attendant. Although I had no complaints back then, it has since been upgraded. How can you complain when the staff (no matter how busy) goes out of their way to accommodate you!! That is exactly what you will find here. I had to mention the customer service, as that is VERY important to me, and can MAKE or BREAK a place.
The hotel is clean, and the beds are so comfy. It was quiet, and we had no trouble at all getting a good night sleep. The food in Emile's restaurant is really good too, and the restaurant workers are equally accommodating and friendly.
This hotel is also attached to a small shopping mall that is accessible right from the lobby which is great.
Stay here, you won't be disappointed!!

Stayed in this hotel for my brothers wedding. Were a bit ambilvalant with some of the comments of it being old.

I have to say that it was very, very nice. Very clean and the room had comfy beds and comforters.

Would have liked to see them add a pool in the future.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed our time here. Would highly recommend it. We stayed on the second floor in room 205.
