What a great place and such nice people! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has to take the ferry. It's 5 mins walking.
Not sure why people are so mad with this place my experience was very pleasant.
For the rooms that are further away, mine was 326, the wifi won't work in the rooms as well as does in the corridor.
The restaurant is decent for breakfast and well priced.
I was told about the change in management and am very glad I stayed there. I have no complaints at all. I had a comfortable stay and appreciate the staff for their courtesy.

They state that they have Wi-Fi high speed internet access throughout the hotel. The reality is that as your room is further from the front desk, internet access goes from hi speed to low-speed to no-speed. When I inquired, the front desk attendent told me to use the hard - wired internet access at the public common desk out in the hallway. I told her that such an option for carrying out business work is not acceptable, and my request for a room closer to the front desk was not warmly received nor accommodated (the hotel was more than half-empty at the time, with several rooms available that were closer to the front desk).

The room was clean and bed comfortable; if you're just looking for a place to crash while waiting for the ferry, it's satisfactory. They have a lot to learn, however, about accomodating business travel needs, not to mention more of a customer service attitude.

My husband, our daughter and myself stayed here for three nights. We found the rooms average, dated, and the beds were o.k.. We did not get a chance to eat in the dining room, but went swimming and tried out the hot tub. It was very quiet in our section which was nice for sleeping.
For the price, a good stay.

It was pretty tired and worn - everything in the room was out-dated. It was clean, but there was a residue of some kind of cleaning solution on the carpet and the the place REEKED of air freshener - WAY too strong... Were they trying to cover up someone smoking in the non-smoking room? Don't know. My credit card payment was screwed up. Everything else was passable. It was okay for a place to crash and then catch the ferry next morning, but I wouldn't want to spend a significant amount of time there...
