We would not stay here again. The bathroom was dirty, the walls mouldy, the shower curtain encrusted with, honestly I do not know how to describe it. The wall paper was falling off the walls. We kept our luggage in the bathtub just in case of bed bugs. Just in case..... We did not remove our shoes until we were actually in the bed.

With this being said, we were given a discount on the room, however I would not stay here again and would rather have a clean room than a 10% discount.

Booked two rooms here while touring with friends visiting from France. We were very happy with this motel. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The bed in particular was very comfortable with stylish bedding and pristine crisp sheets. I personally wasn't crazy about the overly thick cushy brown carpeting, but no one else found it odd. Wifi service worked. The warm welcome we got from the really helpful British lady upon arrival was top notch. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free with the room. A good choice in Brockville.

This motel has a attractive apppearance when you drive up to it. At a glance the room is clean until you start to look at the hidden side of things. ie: the blow dryer and the shower curtain were clean on the visible side but when you use them the opposite side have not been cleaned in quite a while. The window in the bathroom had stains all over it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while.
The cabinet used to hold the TV was placed on an angle in the corner of the room and was way too large for the room. It took up a lot of space and made it dificult to sit at the table . The A/C worked well but the unit was noisy, especially in the middle of the night.
On the upside, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and they did replace the phone when we told them it wasn't working.

My boyfriend & I stayed here while in the Brockville region & were perfectly happy with the motel. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, & the staff really friendly and helpful. The cost was on a par with all other comparable lodgings in the area at this time of year. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the region.
