Well I only stayed here one night and was leary on doing it...due to the reviews. It was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff in the morning...so cheery and a big smile. I believe her name was Devon. For the price and the location it was perfect.

I was a little hesitant to stay at the Comfort Inn, Chatham when I read the earlier reviews but have stayed at several locations in this chain and never had a problem so I booked it. I was certainly not disappointed by my choice. I was greated by the friendly staff who took care of check in details quickly and efficiently. My room was clean and pleasant and well equipped. It was located on the second floor which was easily accessed by stairs so ask for a ground floor if you want to avoid the stairs but note the ground floor has sliding doors which may be a concern for women travelling alone. Wireless internet was a plus as this allowed me to catch up on e-mail while away from the office and the location was only a short drive from my destination. Breakfast is juice and coffee with cereal, fruit, toast and bagels and hard boiled eggs, all overseen by a friendly and efficient staff member. I will definately stay here again when in Chatham.

I love this motel. The people at the front desk are always so friendly to me. My room is ready when I arrive and is always very clean and well appointed.
I stay at this location at least once a year and have never been disapointed but, in fact, I am impressed every time. The linens are nice and I know that I will get a good nights rest if I am staying at the Comfort Inn in Chatham.

The Tim Horton's accros the road is a nice bonus for my caffine fix at night.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 18 years. The consistency of this property is outstanding. I stay in either the Hilton Chain or Choice Hotels. This Comfort Inn in Chatham has always provided excellent value. Reading the other reviews makes me wonder if they were in the same hotel I frequent so often. Standard rooms to Business rooms are always clean and well presented...in fact this location is the best of the Choice Hotels in which I have stayed in the last years.

My compliments to the management and staff and I look forward to my next visit.
