I stay here every time I come to Chatham, Ontario. The new owners are the greatest!!! Always friendly and very accomodating. I've been staying here for well over 4 years now and the new owners have really spruced up the place this year with new furnature, TV's, carpets, free internet and a free breakfast. Their rates are no doubt the best in town for what you receive. If your looking for a clean and reasonably priced place to stay in Chatham, Ontario, this is the place without a doubt!!

Hello! I am Danish kapoor visited canada along with my family.I stayed in saxony motel . The rooms of this motel are well furnished and provides all type of facilities. These are not only well/nicely decorated but also gives a decent look. The service provided to a customer is worth apprieceable. The beds are very comfortable

I recently stayed at the Saxony and the room was very clean, and nicely updated. I slept in a nice comfortable beds. The owners said they were relatively new and were updating the place - they were really accommodating.
Would definitely stay again.
Clean and cheap!

This was by far and worst Motel Ive ever been in.. I've been in many motels and hotels all weekends for over 20 year including the USA. and mostly NOT name brand places because of price.. However this was the worst by far! Black Maggots in the toilet after flushing, pubic hair all over 4 of the beds we had in 2 rooms between pillows, sheets, floor... also, looks like the rooms had OLD dirt in them. wall paper peeling, most lights didn['t have bubs or didn't work, TV didn't work... we thought it was a joke at first? it wasn't...
