“Wonderful place for a reception”

My wife and I celebrated the baptism of our twin babies at the Inn on Sunday. An excellent location across the street from the church as well as all the downtown shops.
We were greeted by Mrs. Della Casa, the owner, who welcomed us in and really made us feel at home.
The Woodlawn is a beautiful place for a family reception with spacious dining rooms and a nice lounge area, and the staff were very accommodating to the many children in our large and growing family.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Platters of Italian meats, cheeses, and warm crusty bread, homemade salads, lasagna, baked chicken, pastries and two beautiful baptism cakes just to name a few!! The Chef was very willing to see to our dietary restrictions even though he was very busy with other guests.
The service staff as well as Mrs Della Casa and Melissa at the front desk were warm, accommodating and professional and really made our luncheon a memorable one.
Will definitely be back!

“Historic Charm”

My husband has stayed several times for business travel and now twice I have accompanied him. The rooms are large, clean, beautifully decorated, and come with all conveniences to make an enjoyable visit (coffee maker, DVD player, Wifi, gas fireplace, jetted tub). The food and wine in the dining room are superb and the breakfast offers a good variety to start your day. If you wander the hallways you will find a coffee maker available all day, a bookcase full of DVD's, and some of the most beautiful antique wood furniture. As for the staff, they are as delightful and charming as the building in which they work. I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Room Tip: There is no elevator, so if you have a mobility issue, check that you are on the main floor.

“Secret along Lake Ontario”

This is an exceptional place to stay. The moment you arrive you feel like you have been here before. The staff at all levels are truly there to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Of all the Inns I have stayed at this one made me feel like I was at home that's how good they are at what they do.
The food is excellent, with fresh ingredients from their own garden, and they have an extensive Wine list.
A must stay for anyone who wants to visit the wonderful community of Cobourg, situated on Lake Ontario, with many sites and shops to browse.

“Gem of a find”

I had an incredible experience here. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decor. Food is fantastic, friendly and attentive service. Stephen Della Casa and staff are very accommodating of requests and really go out of their way to ensure your needs are being met. I am definitely planning on going back. Be sure to check out the stunning photography of Cobourg and surrounding area on the interior.

“Absolutely wonderful”

We were on our way to Kingston ,On.we decided we'd like a night aloneand give ourselves some much needed R & R.
This is the place to go!
The rooms were very large nicely decorated with everything we needed.We added a three course meal to our package, big mistake if you don't ,it was amazing and exceptional value. Movies are available to borrow so we curled up for a very layed back evening.Bathrooms are large and everything was clean.Breakfast is served till 10 and was part of our package ,they have a great cold buffet breakfast or you can order a hot breakfast. We highly recommend this Inn. Thank-you for giving us a spot for R &R
