We attended a time-share presentation, and in return received 2 free nights. The place is run down with old, huge tube tv's, old bulky furniture and bloody carpets! I would rate it at most 2.5 stars. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced, noting is fresh, other than the eggs they cook on the spot for breakfast. We did not want to have dinner there, despite having a free dinner coupon. Restaurant staff was rude and loud. Front staff was ok, but over all, the cost of booking a regular night stay here is not worth it. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or relatives, despite the fact that it can be booked for FREE, if the presentation is attended. BTW, presentation staff was rude, I never met worse sales people - Gail in particular - she should really stay away from sales or dealing with people.

Good location, halfway between Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Stayed in 2 bedroom townhouse unit #151. Nicely laid out over 3 floors. Some upgrades completed including kitchen, but all 3 bathrooms can do for a make-over. Overall the unit met our needs and we were satisfied.
No problem with check-in and they were friendly! Didn't see anyone else during our stay, no hassles. During our stay it was fairly quite, which was fine! As walls are thin and can hear neighbours if occupied. Not well insulated as front door had big gaps and cold air coming through.

Big disappointment was pool and hot tub. Pool area very unattractive,but hot tub was dirty. Water looked dirty and tub had dirt. This time of year, no excuse for not keeping it clean. Hot tub room also has cooling fan that is many decades old and extremely loud. Only went once and for short time as we were turned off by it.
Overall, resort is in good location, yes, a little dated, but with repairs and upgrades can be 5 star. But it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Would we book again, yes.

Room: basic, run down, toilet seat had worn out areas(seriously??)
Indoor Pool and 'spa': dirty and spa was lukewarm, bacteria frappe here.
Food: edible
Staff: lovely hotel staff, high pressure sales tactics by sales force.
Post Sales Pitch: Have called every 10 days since December 7 for the rebate for our room and sales pitch, the cheque seems to be sent out every Monday, still have not received it.
Don't leave without getting your rebate, you may never see it.

They call me in december offering me 3 free nights during weekdays.I talk to mr.Michael Sims.
He told me, that I can make a reservation any time between dec and end of march.Only what he needs is a deposit of $79.95 The deposit would be returned to my credit card at the end of my stay, with conditions. After we atempt a presetation.So we make a deal.
After they charge my credit cart I got phone call back.They told me that I can`t take 3 night.Instead that I got choice :take one night or cancel a resarvation with no deposit returned to my credit card.They should change that offer before charge my credit cart.
Scam - Avoid this place at all cost. So beware, they will steal you money.
If you guys ever get phone call from Georgian Manor Resort simply hang up, specially if
calling person Nome is MICHAEL SIMS !!!!.
