I stayed at this property and had the best service from the front desk staff jhon or joe he helped us with our bags to the room and made sure that everything was ok during our stay he also helped us find some local shopping and always had a warm smile. The rooms were clean and up to date.

First I walk into the motel the guy at the front desk was rude. We booked online and didn't know it was going to be like this. We asked him if we could stay one night and he said we had to stay for two nights. We have a 2 year old kid and he gave us a smoking room witch (state the obvious) smells like smoke. To top it off I went to the bath room to find a nice present in the toilet. Never come here it's bad all around.

My stay was actually prior to the date listed, but was unable to enter it. Initially when I checked in, I was put on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and seemed ok, until I went to take a bath. There was no hot water at all. When I spoke to the manager, he came to my room, put his hand under the cool water and tried to insist it was "warm". He did move me to a room on the 1st floor, but that also did not have hot water. I had to literally heat my bath water in the microwave. On the "up" side (sarcasm inserted), there was free porn available which I found very offensive. It was easily accessible, and had my children been with me, I would have in that lobby going off on someone. This hotel is on the top of my list of places that I would never stay at again when visitng.

I made a reservation to Oak Inn hotel a month before my trip and received a written (by email) reservation number. The hotel was chosen because they have kitchen units. A week before my trip I was called and advised that this kitchen unit is given to somebody else who asked to stay longer than I booked and they do not have other kitchen units available.
I was completely disappointed and had to get another hotel room with kitchen at premium price.
Be careful when booking this hotel - it does not belong to any big chain and owner cancels reservations the moment they get better bid. Be aware - your reservation might be cancelled by hotel staff at any time. Good luck.
