We live 10 minutes away from Alt hotel. We neeede a break and opted to go to this hotel because of the Sky Spa ( indoo/outdoor thermal bath, massage, etc,..) right above it.

The hotel itself is basic. No restaurant, pool, outside sitting area.

Customer service is verry good. You can order food from many restaurant around that deliver ( front desk has menus- Como pizzeria is the best pizza ) or you can just walk a few minutes outside and choices varies from high scale beefhouse to Subway restaurant.

We had 2 2 queen bed room. They dont have King size bed. When you get the room with 2 beds, you get a regular bathroom with a tub/shower combination. They have nice shampoo, conditionner & gel soap but it is glued to a rack for shower use. So if you plan to take a bath, you will have to get up to get soap, shampoo, conditionner, ... What i did, i took a bath, then i opened the shower at the end to wash myself.. Beets the purpose of having a bath with no noise but, i could imagine getting up and down 3 time during bathing process :0

Would go again but only when using Sky Spa services or go see a show at the theater next to it.

Not kid friendly. nothing for them to do... other then shopping :) ( hotel is situated in a shopping walkable district , the Dix 30 )

This is a new, hip, self designated "green" hotel just south of Monteal, Quebec in Brossard. For a business trip it fills the need. The rooms are small but big enough for one person. Hi tech abounds with free wi-fi, which is good. There is no restaurant in the facility and the lobby bar is open only a couple of hours. However, the hotel is located in a very high end open air mall with ample choices for restaurants within an easy walk. If so inclined, the shopping opportunities are plenty.

There is no fitness center but there is a daily fee facility nearby.

We stayed here for a wedding at the hotel. For a non-Montreal area hotel we found it pretty expensive, although it is very modern, clean, artwork is local, has lots of shopping around, has a spa next door and room decor is sleek. I would stay again. Free underground parking. Maybe a bit hard to navigate around the area if you are not familiar with Brossard, but that's more a problem with the area, and not the hotel.

Excellent bads. After 5 hours in the car, we found the bed very relaxing. nice sleep

Breakfast: in the hotel lobby there is a door for EGG style restaurant.
Hotel well located, thare are 6 - 7 restauratns in 200 meters.
