The restaurant is really nice. service is friendly while always business. The hotel was renovated and rooms are nice. Well located.



The only problem is: from the airport, it is very difficult to get there driving. No indication, the postal code, nor the hotel,could be found on the GPS. Something Sheration Doirval must do something about quickly so that many customers can enjoy.

I liked the property a lot. Would go back rather than stay at the aloft across the street.

Pros: Newly renovated with nice decor (previously Wyndham). Close to the airport. Shuttle service to/from airport. Friendly staff & good service.

Cons: Paid Parking; Paid Internet Service; Limited Buffet Breakfast Selection; Lazy Housekeeping; Short of employees & constructions in multiple areas at the time.

Problem Experienced: Upon reservation, I requested standard pillows instead of "down pillows" due to allergy. Upon arrival, it was not done. After 15 minutes and checked into the room, the house keeping only changed 2 out 4 pillows on one bed. I had to take each one out of 2 pillow cases and check for myself which ones are not "down pillows". On the other bed, nothing was done.

Overall, I would give this hotel another change since it's new, clean with good service.

We stay at this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, as well as the shuttle service. We were pleasantly surprised with the renovations since the Sheraton has taken it over from Wyndham. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, with wonderful new furniture and a Beautiful bathroom. The Lobby, Hallways and common areas have all benn redone as well. The restaurant is now a spacious beautiful space, overlooking the courtyard. Wifi was also an added bonus. Getting to the Hotel is still a nightmare because of road construction....certainly no fault of the Hotel......but well worth it when you finally make it through the road maze.
