Stayed here one Saturday night with family on the way to someplace more North. The night we checked in, the hotel was hosting a huge party. The bar was loud and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.
When we got to our room, it wasn't too stinky. It was quiet.
The shower took forever to get hot and then dribbled off for a few minutes before restoring water pressure.
My children were disappointed to learn that the included breakfast was not the endless Sunday brunch, but a small selection from the menu. I actually thought the breakfast was fine.
Scratchy sheets were expected at a Best Western.
We won't be staying here again.

Excellent Hotel with a lot of services enjoy the pool and Very Good Breakfast! Everything was wonderful...

Although the exterior, lobby and hallways show age and wear, the room was restored, comfortable, roomy and quiet (although I had an interior room facing the swimming pool). The rate included a hot breakfast (cooked to order in the hotel dining room), and the hotel employees were friendly and spoke good English. There is free of charge internet service on a PC located in the hotel lobby. The hotel is conveniently located close to the exit ramp off the Rt. 15 motorway---yet is only a 5 minute drive to St. Jerome city center. At 87$C (plus 15% taxes) this hotel provides a very good value.
