We felt very welcome and at home for our entire stay - 4 nights.
Upon our "unexpected" arrival Mallory very graciously dealt with my botched online reservation request.
We had the main floor suite. It's a huge beautiful space. We had 3 family members visiting regularly and when we didn't gather by the fireplace lobby we had lots of room by our own fireplace to visit.
The physical attributes of the inn are wonderful, and the attitudes of Mallory, Sara, and Thomas are just as pleasant. We felt like we were staying with friends and had the run of their house.
For an outdoor enthusiast staying in the Bow Valley their local knowledge can really add to your experience.
Where else can you have morning coffee with an ex-alpine racer and a back country lodge manager ( Sara's Dad) and discuss the day's weather and snow conditions? Perfect.
We have stayed at a dozen or more hotels in the area over the years. We agreed this was our most pleasant accommodation experience in the Valley.
The cost is more than reasonable considering the quality of the inn, the continental breakfast, the location, and the overall vibe.
