A wonderful homey place where you are cared for like you're staying at your family's place. Cozy rooms with a fireplace. The BEST breakfast ever. Fresh fruit, puff pancakes, yogurt, juice coffee and it's all included! They even accommodated my gluten allergy and made me very yummy gluten free puff pancakes. The bathroom had a shower and bathtub which was nice. You also get a free newspaper to read at breakfast. This is a great place to come and relax and rest. I would definitely come here again!

The only draw back was the very old tv in the room. The picture was not clear at all.

After spending a lot of time searching for a mountain get away for 3 adults with a hot breakfast.. We found the perfect place!! Breakfast was amazing, beds are comfortable and the hospitality very welcoming.

This is a must place to stay for the type of person who likes a smaller warm intimate place to stay. This was our first trip to Alberta and Peter was not only helpful telling us about the trails to hike in his local area he helped plan our entire trip. In fact he gave us the names of two other places to stay as we traveled north. Needless to say Peter's recommendations were perfect. An added bonus to staying at the Lady MacDonald is the home cooked breakfast that Tammy will make for you each morning. Peter and Tammy are the perfect hosts and their Inn sets a gold standard. I cannot wait to go back.

Can we give this Inn more than 5 stars? Tammy and Peter made us so welcome, were very helpful about Canada and our room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfasts were to die for! We cannot recommend it highly enough. Very easy to walk into Canmore where there are loads of places to eat and the shops are open late. Thank you again to you both - Ann and Andy
