We stayed in a "family size" room. It had one bedroom plus a loft with two double beds. The living area had a futon that could fold down into an additional double bed. There are extra linens provided if people are planning to sleep on the futon.

The rates were incredibly reasonable and the location is convenient to almost any activity in the area.

The kitchen leaves much to be desired. Only two of the burners on our stove worked, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Although there was an oven there were no baking dishes.
There are BBQs that are shared between the rooms, they were in good condition although I recommend bringing your own tools.

The hot tub was nice, and we did see a staff member testing the chlorine level. The sauna was broken.

One odd thing, the bathroom fan vents into the bedroom-this can be unpleasant at times.

Ok value I suppose if you're just looking for a place to park overnight and don't mind an older property in dire need of updating. But beware of the owner!! He became verbally abusive towards my adult niece and brought her to tears over a barking puppy. After spotting her alone outside, he approached her and began to scold her about her puppy before finally asking her to leave. All this after having already politely discussed the matter with both her fiance AND his father. Of course, after kicking her out, he quickly left the property before her fiance and his father came back looking for an explanation on his decision and behaviour. Our group of 19 people won't be back anytime soon!

When we plan for ski trip at Banff ,I still can't found a place better than Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge yet !!!

This was a great find and an excellent value. I found this one on trip advisor and wondered if it would be as good as it looked. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of their increadible last minute deal on their web site. Also, the staff was extremely helpful! We plan to return on our next trip to the mountains.
