This is the second Coast Hotel I've stayed in and I must say that they are in desparate need of updating. The room is decorated with the cheapest junk art and would appeal to the tastes of an 80 year old. There is no breakfast included when many of the hotels in the area include it for the same price. I didn't use the pool which looked ok and the hot tub was broken. The excercise room was clean, included free weights, and a flat screen TV which was good. However, there was no water which I think they could provide for very little cost. Also, I forgot my shaving cream and of course, they don't have it at the front desk when I asked. Overall, it's a pretty mediocure hotel at best and really isn't work the money. I will stay elsewhere next time.

I was really impressed with the hotel when I walked in. I love the decorations and comfort. Front desk staff - it was quick to check in and professional.
I was originally on the second floor in a 2 bedded room, I had to move rooms the next night because I was placed across from an ice machine that was restocking till after midnight. Could also hear the plumbing from above and was woken up by everyone who was leaving first thing in the morning when the doors closed. They were able to place me on the third floor further down the hall and it was so much better. I really appreciated them doing this. Bonus was I got a fridge in the room when I was moved to the King room.
The pool and jacuzzi was clean, as well as the fitness center. The machines seem to be a tad old though.
Overall pretty decent.

I love this hotel! The rooms were clean and airy, the location is great and the staff! Yes, let's talk about the staff, Alec, you are the man! You should be the guy who trains all the future front desk staff! The friendliness and going above and beyond your duties was appreciated more then you know.. This is the best hotel Abbotsford has ever had!

This hotel is conveniently located. My room (queen size) was very spacious with a seating area (small sofa and coffee table). The bathroom was very nice with heated tile floors and very good lighting. The decor was bright and airy. Overall, the premises was very nice and clean. Lobby was bright and cheerful, and the front desk staff were helping and polite. The hotel does not have restaurant--but there are eateries just across the parking lot and the front desk staff had tons of take-out and delivery menus from which to choose. I would stay here again!
