I love this hotel! The rooms were clean and airy, the location is great and the staff! Yes, let's talk about the staff, Alec, you are the man! You should be the guy who trains all the future front desk staff! The friendliness and going above and beyond your duties was appreciated more then you know.. This is the best hotel Abbotsford has ever had!

This hotel is conveniently located. My room (queen size) was very spacious with a seating area (small sofa and coffee table). The bathroom was very nice with heated tile floors and very good lighting. The decor was bright and airy. Overall, the premises was very nice and clean. Lobby was bright and cheerful, and the front desk staff were helping and polite. The hotel does not have restaurant--but there are eateries just across the parking lot and the front desk staff had tons of take-out and delivery menus from which to choose. I would stay here again!

A great hotel with convenient access to nearby Trans-Canada Highway. I was impressed with the location, virtually no traffic noise, even though this hotel was situated on a main thoroughfare. Room was very clean and decor was impressive. The the secure business floor(s) feature is a good idea. Staff were helpful and friendly also. Many restaurants & shops nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel to any business traveller who appreciates amenities such as high-speed internet access, movies, room service, and valet laundry. The Abbotsford International Airport was a mere 15 minute drive from the hotel.
