This place was an amazing find...good thing since it is not publicly advertised. It used to be a miltary training centre, but is now open to the public. It is a HUGE facility on beautifully landscaped grounds that overlooks the St. Lawrence River. It has a huge fitness facility, including nautilus, universal weights, many treadmills and a recently renovated olympic sized swimming pool. It has a large English style pub, with darts and pool table and occasional live music. It has a large internet area (probably 12-15 individual cubicles with PCs), a convenience store, many boardrooms and ballrooms (weddings) and many terraces. Parking is free and there is also a large laundry facility.

I paid $121 for single occupancy, which included 3 meals (3-course dinner (prime rib) and lunch (roast turkey) and full hot breakfast buffet [can make own waffles]). Beverages and fresh bakery were also included in the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly and my room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view (see photos).

What is great about this place is that it is only 2 km from the Cornwall Golf and Country Club, if you are planning a wedding there and have people coming from out of town. Although the Nav Centre also hosts weddings.
