Hotel is very good located. Servive and room exelllent. The only inconvinient was, that the restaurent served only breakfast due to an "vacation " of restaurant. So the "Mongolian"Restaurant next to the Hotel was very good.

Nice Hotel very clean and friendly service. I have stayed here a couple of times. As a so called business hotel, it is very hard to get food here. If you arrive after 10 the restaurant is closed and the breakfast doesnt start until 6 so that pretty much counts you out if you have an 8am flight.

The roooms are adequate and comfortable and the shuttle service is prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I can get a good deal.

Not much to say except one can always expect good things with the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Chain. Not necessarily known for its excellent food, but why eat here when you are situated amonst some of the best Asian food restaurants, in Canada.

Close to the airport with easy access to downtown Vancouver.

This hotel is SPOTLESS. I always can count on a good stay here!

We have been staying here for 8 years more or less so my comments are based on our last three visits in the past year and a half. During this period we have detected a (small) change in this property and to be frank we feel it has slipped a little. On our last visit in December 2011our shower stall had two long black hairs in it and there was a black hair on my pillow when we turned the bed down. On the world scale of earth shattering events maybe this isn't a biggy for some of you but we never saw this kind of thing here before. Since the departure of long time front desk staff they seem to have an all Asian crew but they are indeed friendly and helpful. I guess what we are saying is that this property is still within the Sheraton standard but it does not seem to be as good as it once was. Would we return? Probably but not certain. But there are several new hotels nearby that are close to the Skytrain and other facilities so we may try somewhere else for a change,
