The rooms were basic, small TV but with 3 English channels, nice, clean, good location, etc. The best thing was the comfortable size of the rooms - no tripping over chairs and beds on those midnight trips to the bathroom. Also, the breakfast buffet, while containing standard Turkish breakfast fare, was superior for its fresh produce, perfect borek, and extremely tasty bread. The only "but" is the discrepancy between the price advertised in the 2011 Lonely Planet and what they charged us, a difference of 20 TL. The only answer we got when we pointed this out and requested the advertised price was that LP must have made a mistake. October is not high season, so there didn't sem to be a logical reason for risking a loss of custom or a bad review, but maybe they can get away with it. Maybe their fresh cucumbers....
