This hotel was handy, and it was cheap. However, the rooms and decor are dirty and dated. The rooms have no aircon or anything, so were sweltering.
Check-in lady was rude and being difficult just for the sake of it I think. We had two cars, so asked for two carparks as the carpark was more or less empty. We got a very disgruntled "whatever".
As we were going out for a friends birthday, we had arranged to have people meet us at the hotel and go from there. We were told that NO ONE was to go into the room. So, we snuck friends into the hotel building via the carpark.
On a plus side, the balcony was nice, and the shower powerful.
