I had a crappy little room with horrid furnishings. No bath mat or towel rack. No coffee or coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. There was no holder in the shower to place soap, shampoo, etc. Speaking of which, no shampoo was provided, though I had my own so that was OK. The only thing I can say is that the heater & TV worked (though the remote didn't, but I didn't watch much TV, so didn't bother to ask for replacement) and there was a microwave & refrigerator, but that didn't make up for the rest of it. I reserved the room online & it was the only one available at a reasonable price, as I booked late on a President's Day weekend & didn't want to pay the exorbitant rates at the casino hotels in Stateline. But I'll never stay at this dump again, no matter what.

“Looked nothing like pictures”

First of all no refrigerator in room as stated.
Door would not close - door frame broken!!! Looked like someone had broken into the room!!
No toilet paper in room
Shower curtain would not stay on rod
The only good thing about the place was the Steele Dan Concert which we were able to hear perfectly!

My wife and I stayed there on our way to San Francisco. My advice is DON’T. The rooms were damp and cold, the service was non existent and when we did speak with the manager he was rude and arrogant.

Sure it was cheap, but having travelled all over the US, we had stayed in cheaper and much better accommodation than this dump!
