My girlfriend and I stayed here on a recent ski trip and we were so happy we found it. The room was great and had a really cool remote / thermostat controlled fireplace providing the heat for the room which was awesome (and romantic)! The bed was super comfortable and after a day of skiing, nothing could have been more inviting - I slept like a rock all night. The staff was really helpful in everything from getting us checked in a little early to giving us tips about some places to check out in the area. I'm glad we wound up here - I strongly recommend it.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were a wonderful combination of cozy and elegant (the fireplace was an awesome touch). The staff made us feel right at home, and really went above and beyond our expectations. The best part was how they paid great attention to all the little details (soft linens, great lotions, a dock for our iphones and wireless access). The breakfast (although listed as continental) far surpassed that of one of the chain hotels...it was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We found this place through a Groupon promo. We had been planning to ski at Heavenly so it was a great timing. The place is super clean and updated with rustic slate and finishings. It is heated by a gas fireplace that heats the room very quickly (and believe me it gets toasty in the room very quickly!). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The extra touches were very nice. Really nice lotions, soaps, towels and robes. Also, our Groupon special included a bottle of bubbly, 2 glasses, chocolates and a wine tasting coupon. It also included a discount with Black Tie ski rentals. Let me tell you they were wonderful. Even if you do not have a Groupon special, consider using their ski rentals. They come to your room and fit your skis and boots and pick up your equipment. They were knowledgeable and friendly and it was nice to be able to have our skis before we headed out in the morning.

My only negative is that the room is small but I knew that going into the reservation, We traveled with our 2 children and it was a little tight but served our purposes. Lobby is small and if you do partake in the breakfast offerings, there is not a lot of room to eat it but I just sat on the couch by the fireplace and drank coffee and yogurt while reading the ski reports. A nice early morning bite before the family got up.

I would recommend this place to someone who wants a nice convenient place to vacation if planing to ski at Heavenly in the winter (Although it seems really nice for the summer as well).

We stayed here for a few days in September, having booked at a discounted rate direct via their website, there was a small glitch with the pricing which the staff rectified when we arrived with no problems.

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, sorted out a travel cot for us. Room was clean and well appointed and spacious enough for a family of four. Bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was excellent, their speciality breads were gorgeous.

Our only point of improvement, and it's so minor as to not worth mentioning...but the shower water pressure could be just a bit higher.
