Over all, enjoyable experience. Signed up to this site because this motel.

We stayed there for 7 nights, the staff was very friendly, familiar and helpful. The room was good but the shower place was very small, dark and the shower pipe was so low that I couldn't stay below it without hiting my head. Also, the temperature of the water varies a lot for no reason. The Internet access was free but very very slow. Regarding the location, we were disapointed because we were expecting it to be walking distance to the Heavenly gondola, but it is not. There is bus for going to the gondola, but it's not the same thing as staying in front of it for a better price.

We got a 2 queen bed at days inn. It was good.
Best part was the location. It's close to lake Tahoe college. We walked there. It's a mile away.
Taxi service sucks in Tahoe.

The person who worked there was chill... We bugged him about 10 times per day. Seemed nice even tho we were hung over. He made us coffee past 10 am.. I told him ill write a review if he made us coffee :)
The cleaning people were cool too.

Price of the room was a kindda high. Wifi was also slow. Total bummer. Couldn't see or find anything on the Internet.

I thought I'd be coming to a motel that's dirty... From what I read on TA.
But the rooms are good and clean. Nothing special. Good place to crash.
The customer service is fantastic though! I woke up late (snow globe) and I still was able to get coffee and the guy let us have thise Danish rolls. Offered us a discount the next time we roll up to Tahoe.

The real thing that frustrated me was the horrible Internet service....
"complimentary" wifi was pathetic!
If you ever want to experience 56K dial up speeds, this is the Internet to use!

I knocked down a rating on the value because of this.
Also, this days inn doesn't serve apple juice!
