Great sleep. Away from home for 19 nights and this place has the best sleep one could have

My family and I stayed at Crossland in Spokane, WA and it was great!! The only unfortunate thing was that we only had planned to stay one night, so we didn't get the chance to use the fully supplied kichenette. We were doing some shopping and decided to stay the night since we are not from Spokane. I looked for something cheap, and when I found this place with a VERY LOW price, I grabbed it without knowing what I was getting. Well to my greatest satisfaction, Crossland was more than I expected. The customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and helpful. The rooms (I got two) were absolutely perfect! The space, the cleanliness and the kitchen (that was fully supplied with everything you would need to make coffee, cook, wash your dishes, keep your food cold, and use the microwave too!) was beyond my expectations!! I was so happy with everything at Crossland, the next time I need to stay in Spokane, I will definitely be going back to this place!! (don't rely on the pictures that are posted on the internet-they do not give it the justice it deserves!)

Pros: Inexpensive, centrally located, nice customer service, quiet on top floor

Cons: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke (but Crossland did warn on its website that it cannot guarantee non-smoking room), bed is really hard, very small room & TV, stairs and elevator has a dirty, industrial feel, no chair to sit in to read or watch TV, not even anyplace in the bathroom to set your toiletries bag

We stayed here when visiting family for a few days. The room was okay. The bed was VERY small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was adequate, but it wasn't the cleanest. We didn't use any of the kitchen features. The neighborhood was fine, a lot of businesses around, but not too shady. I felt pretty safe there. There is a charge for WiFi, but the lady at the front desk said she would waive the fee for us, although we didn't end up using it. For our purposes it was fine. I wouldn't exactly want to stay there again, but if I had to I guess it would be okay.
