We stayed at the Quality Inn Valley Suites and loved it. The rooms were an slightly above average hotel room (with the bonus feature of an exterior door with our own parking spot! and an interior door with hotel access), but the amenities were amazing. There was a pool/gym, free delicious breakfast with lots of choices, free massages in the lobby (plus a spa if you wanted more services), a 'club house' with various games and a extremely friendly staff. We were super impressed with our stay and would definitely be staying there again should we visit again!

My sister & I went to Spokane for Labor Day & stayed at the Quality Inn Valley Suites. It was wonderful. Our room was clean, we had a courtyard view, which was very nice & relaxing. I had breakfast on our patio in the morning. They have a LMP at the site and she was giving free sample massages. The breakfast was great & the coffee was mmm. Yes, I would stay there again!

Staff great, room had a smoke smell even though hotel no smoking. Not sure why smell. Never saw anyone smoking. Staff helped as much as they could. Bed comfortable and shower hot, important to us! Room had plenty of space. Enjoyed the area. Hotel across street from a Rite-Aid and Safeways. A Mexican restuarant just a block away and food was good. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

I stayed there one night during a business trip. My room was filthy. There was back hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The bottom of the tub had embedded dirt. The bedroom floor had loose dirt. It looks like no vacuum had been used in some time. I laid towels on the bathroom floor and beside the bed with my shoes. My bare feet never touched the floor. I'm glad I was only there one night.
