I have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I have booked it after checking the reviews here. I mainly booked it because it offers free parking and that was a big plus for me. Besides an "old " kind of feeling I've had, the hotel is alright. The breakfast was good and fresh, we did not have any problems with checking in or out and the rooms were alright for 2 nights. Nothing fancy, but just ok. As the others said, it is about 15 minutes from the metro station and that is alright for a city trip :)

We booked to this one on internet with my girlfriend two days before our flight was going to leave, and we were not disappoínted with it! Man from the reception was very friendly and other staff also. Their english was understandable. Air condition in our room wasn`t working, so it was pretty cool to sleep, but otherwise the room was comfortable and roomy.
Breakfast costed 12 euros/person and it was nice basic buffet. There was also a pleasant bar downstairs. The hotel is pretty far from the centre, but you can get there easily, three bus stops from the hotel and then to metro.
By the way, when we arrived to Paris, we watched the adress of the hotel from map, and we ended up to wrong area, WHERE was exactly same name of a street and a hotel also in same street number, which was hardly in use anymore and really horrible. Taxi driver knew the way to the right one, the district is Chatillon!

We travelled from NL to paris and found this hotel as one of the few with **FREE** private parking space. The hotel is resonably comfortable compared to its cost, the neighbourhood is quiet and there are nice shops on the way to the metro station (Chatillon). The room was average size, small queen bed but clean, as well as the bathroom. The window in the room was sealed and this was disappointing, but each room has a working a/c system that compensates. The distance between the hotel and the metro station is a bit long (15 mins walk) but you can always catch a bus (or leave the car during the day close to the metro station for free if you're not on working days).

Clients of this hotel should be aware that not all advertised facilities apply to every room as is implied on the website. The room I stayed in had no room safe and there was an exhorbitant charge to use the one at reception. Nor was there a mini bar in the room, which I needed to store medication. The much-vaunted restaurant and bar are not open every day. There was nowhere to eat when I arrived on Sunday. Internet access is available but at 8 euros an hour?!! There was a peculiar smell on the corridor - presumably an unpleasant cleaning fluid. The toilet seat was broken, though this was replaced the day I complained. The hotel is a long way out from the centre of Paris and you need to catch a bus from the nearest metro station.
