I spent only one night in that hotel last week and I was lucky but my colleague (sleeping in the next door) wasn't.
He woke up at 3 am with a bad itching, he tought it was a mosquito but then, take off the sheets and lift the matress and found the surprise: bedbugs!!!
Loads of them...

He packed quickly and went to the receptionist to complain about. After some discussion the receptionist confessed the hotel had closed several rooms in the second floor (we were at 3rd) because of a plague of bedbugs. Why they didn't just closed the whole hotel to remove completely the plague?
I know there is a plague affecting many hotels in Paris but that's not an excuse.
You can't simply close those rooms affected and keep open the rest until someone detects that the plague has extended to the rest of the rooms!
85 euros is enough money to expect no bedbugs in your bed.

Stayed there for 2 nights from Sept 6-8. The first night I got some bytes, but thought they were from mosquitos. The 2nd night woke up from many more bytes and when turning on the lights saw (and photographed) several bedbugs of various sizes. "Evacuated" from my room at 3am to get aways from these beasts. What's left now are 35 itching bytes all over my body. I stayed in room 308 and was given the information - LATER ON - that there had been bedbugs in various rooms on the 2nd floor but "not yet on the 3rd floor". My impression is that they are trying to get the situation under control, but given my last 2 nights I strongly recomment to stay away from this hotel for now.

I dont know why some people complain about the service, " we get what we paid for" cheap price 47 euros per night, and cozy room, approx 10 km from city center. Free parking area, air conditioner, nice people working at the front line.

Only the disadvantage is that room dosent have a fridge and safety box( maybe we didnt find where it was )

Overall the hotel is bad - poor location, small and dated rooms. But if you have to stay in Chatillon area (which was my case), you don't have much choice. But avoid this hotel like the plague! I have had the worst experience in my life with a hotel (I probably spend more than hundred nights per year in hotels around the world, for work or leisure). To keep things in context, please note that I am French (living in Singapore) so there was no language barrier.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights and after the second day, I was asked to pay. I realized that I was being charged in Singapore dollars (with poor exchange rate), so I asked the hotel to change the setting of their payment terminal so that I could pay in euros. The manager on duty, Mrs Petrus, insisted that I was wrong and that I was being charged in euros despite the receipt explicitly stating the contrary. I suggested that Mrs Petrus call her bank the next day (it was already 7 pm) and asked to be refunded. Mrs PETRUS said that I was being rude and asked me and my family to leave "her hotel" on the spot. We had to threaten to call the police to be allowed to access our room and pick up our luggage. Mrs Petrus even requested the receptionist to "escort" us to our room while we were hastily collecting our things and our two children were crying. It should be noted that outside temperatures were way below zero and it was already 7 pm. This was a horrendous experience, finding yourself at night literally in the street with your whole family, lots of luggage and no place to stay!

I am planning to sue the hotel Median Chatillon over this very serious incident.
