When I booked this hotel through it's own website, it actually derived to an agency, that's the reason they charge a deposite.
Stayed at the beach side Villa No 7 for one night. All rooms has horrible smell, I strongly against asthma suffers come; big foot print on the duvet cover, table has a big nail pops out.
The most terrible thing would be between 4-6 in the afternoon and 8 -10 in the morning no hot water, due to the generator change. It's getting dark around 5pm, so 4-6pm it's the most likely time guests finished play in water, so you either have to cover by seasalt and wait till after 6pm to take a shower, or use cold water which as I did.
Services in the restaurant are poor. When I ordered a soup, I asked the waiter wether it's coming with a bread, I don't think he understand English at all, he hesitate and answered yes, as a matter of fact, no bread come with soup. We ordered two meals, only one 've been written down. When I asked the staffs, a girl answered impatiently, "you only ordered one dish with a soup". How can it be? We have two adults and a child...
The resort is full of tourists during the day, water clarity is poor. To be honest, it's not worth to come at all. We also went to Gaya island, it's like in a different city. I'm so glad we only stayed one night, the second day morning we left very early, feels like we escaped.
