Common Barn Farm is a great location, very peaceful and surrounded by typical Peak District landscapes. The room was very comfortable, underfloor heating was a luxury and the breakfasts were the best!

The B&B is a converted barn within a working farm and was lovely. Rona is a really friendly and warm host and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay on our first trip to the Peak District.

Would definately recommend and if we visit the National Park again, would not hesitate to stay at Common Barn Farm again.

Only stayed a week with son and grandson for family reunion, would loved to have been there in summertime and taken some of the many walks over the hills to the interesting places that abound. Many local hostelry's well worth a visit,for drinks or food.

Lovely B&B in the Peak District, good comfortable accommodation and wonderful breakfasts in the morning. Lovely area with lots to see, Sutton Hall nearby is a fantastic place to eat, very interesting memorabilia.

This is the place to come to if you want to get away from it all - plenty of space, fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The family who own this business are extremely welcoming and offer great advice about what to visit in the area. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the cooked breakfasts are delicious! I would definately recommend this place and would stay here again.
