I spent one night in the Hotel Posada Señorial, just outside San Andres Cholula, in the Mexican state of Puebla. The hotel has about 50 rooms, around a central patio.
The place is clean, has a color TV with cable, and was cheaper than the better suited Villas Arqueologicas de Cholula hotel, but I still wonder how it presents itself as a four-star place. It has no pool and its long deserted corridors made me remember the film The Shining.
The place is not bad, but I think I could have found a better deal for the 470 pesos (about 45 dollars) I paid. The photos I took may be a better clue for other visitors.
